Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge, skills, and abilities: problem solving, interpersonal, customer service, oral and written communication, technical skills with MS Office, timekeeping and data systems.
• Planning/organizing and safety awareness required.

Responsibilities

• Document service interactions and eligibility information in HMIS and Service Point.
• Provide intake/discharge support and referrals to other agencies.
• Coordinate client transportation and meal services.
• Perform rounds to ensure safety and security of the shelter.
• Maintain front desk operations and assist with environmental tasks.
