Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. seeks a Senior Bridge Project Manager to lead complex bridge replacement and repair projects for DOT clients from concept through delivery, with strong emphasis on design-build.

You will mentor teams, manage scope, budget, schedule, and client relations; prepare proposals and project plans; and ensure quality and compliance with standards. A PE license, Civil Engineering degree, and 10+ years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred.
• PE license required.
• 10+ years progressive engineering experience; 8+ years in project management.
• Experience with MassDOT, CTDOT, and RIDOT preferred.
• Strong design-build delivery experience and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage bridge replacement and repair project delivery for DOT clients, including scope, budget, schedule, and client relationships.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, set vision and strategy for the Bridge Team.
• Prepare proposals, project plans, and project closeout documents.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with DOT requirements and design-build best practices.
• Support client contract interpretation and travel as needed.
