Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required, master's preferred.
• PE license is required; GDOT/FDOT/SCDOT experience is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive engineering experience and 8 years in PM.
• Prior bridge design experience is essential.
• Strong QA/QC knowledge and legal/contract awareness.
• Proven leadership, client management, and team-building abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proposal development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of multifaceted bridge projects from concept to completion.
• Develop advanced structural designs, evaluation reports, and contract docs.
• Oversee scope, budget, schedule, and client relationships; assess risks.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate project phases with teams.
• Serve as seller/doer; lead marketing efforts for target markets.
• Collaborate with Southeast Bridge Project Managers on vision and growth.
• Pursue bridge opportunities; prepare technical proposals and presentations.
• Monitor multiple projects ensuring quality and compliance with standards.
• Interpret contracts and manage client relationships to meet needs.
