Job summary

Civil-Design-Inc. is seeking a Bridge Engineer – Project Manager to lead bridge design projects and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across transportation, site and water resources groups.

You will guide engineers, manage budgets, and sign/seal critical work while ensuring safety and quality throughout all project stages. The role requires a registered PE and IL licensure, with extensive bridge design and structural analysis experience.

Qualifications

• Must lead projects with teams and coordinate with clients.
• Proficient with MicroStation and ORD platforms for design.
• DMDOT project management experience is preferred.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and self-direction.
• Strong skills in structural analysis and design software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, bridge construction knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage structural engineering projects: scope, budgets, design direction, coordination.
• Sign/seal work as required.
• Analyze and design transportation structures: bridges, culverts, walls, foundations.
• Serve as key contact with clients, contractors, and officials.
• Support proposals and business development activities.
• Collaborate with leadership and staff to deliver effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.
