Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. in Boston and nearby offices seeks a Senior Bridge Project Manager to lead replacement and repair bridge projects from concept through delivery, guiding multidisciplinary teams and partnering with public agency clients.

This leadership role focuses on design‑build delivery, risk and budget management, client relationship stewardship, and mentoring of project managers to advance resilient, constructible bridge solutions. Travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• PE license required.
• 10+ years engineering and 8+ years PM experience.
• Experience with MassDOT/CTDOT/RIDOT.
• Strong design-build delivery experience.
• Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD and MicroStation.
• Knowledge of QA/QC and engineering laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of bridge replacement and repair delivery for DOT clients, including scope, budget, and schedule.
• Lead marketing plan development and client engagement for target markets.
• Mentor and guide other Project Managers and project teams.
• Prepare proposals, project plans, and closeout documents.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with DOT requirements and design-build best practices.
• Manage client contracts and relationships; coordinate project accounting and reporting.
