The position offers a base salary plus commissions; applicants must be authorized to work in the US and bring a self-sourced pipeline of $3M+ monthly. Hybrid/in-office options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 2+ years of bridge loan originations.
• Established book of business and monthly self-sourced pipeline of $3M+.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and basic computer skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close on prospective bridge loan borrowers.
• Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with borrowers.
• Obtain all required paperwork and financial information from perspective borrowers.
• Report business development and sales activity.
• Meet with new and existing prospects; assist in strategy and market analysis.
