This role requires strong communication, an established book of business, and the capacity to work remote or in office with full operations support and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of experience originating bridge loans.
• Minimum monthly self-sourced pipeline of $3m.
• Established book of business.
• Excel, Word and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close prospective bridge loan borrowers
• Cultivate and maintain strong borrower relationships
• Obtain required paperwork and financial information from borrowers
• Report business development and sales activity
• Meet with prospects; help develop and execute business plans with thorough market and competitor analysis
