• 1–5 years of experience in commercial real estate, investments, acquisitions, underwriting, or lending.
• Strong understanding of CRE fundamentals and financial analysis.
• Experience with financial modeling and underwriting.
• Exposure to multifamily, affordable housing, LIHTC, student housing, or other CRE asset classes is valued.
• Acquisitions and asset management experience encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and evaluating new commercial real estate financing opportunities.
• Underwrite potential transactions, including property-level financial analysis, cash flow projections, and valuation.
• Support the structuring and execution of commercial real estate bridge loans.
• Conduct market research, property analysis, and transaction due diligence.
• Prepare financial models, investment summaries, and supporting transaction materials.
• Work closely with senior investment professionals throughout the origination and deal execution process.
