Job summary

Alexander Chapman, a Denver-based real estate investment and development firm, is seeking a Real Estate Development Analyst to join its team in Denver. In this role you will support development projects from initial analysis through execution, build and maintain financial models, and conduct market, property and financial analysis to inform investment decisions.

Qualifications

2–4 years of relevant experience in real estate finance, investment, development, or related field.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Experience with financial modeling and real estate underwriting.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of financial information.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

Support real estate development projects from initial analysis through execution.
Build and maintain financial models to evaluate development opportunities and investment returns.
Conduct market, property, and financial analysis to support development decisions.
Assist with underwriting, feasibility studies, and investment analysis.
Support due diligence and preparation of investment materials.
Work closely with senior members of the development and investment teams on active projects.
