Job summary

The Bancorp Bank, N.A. is seeking an Analyst Real Estate Bridge Lending to support the origination, underwriting, asset management and secondary capital markets efforts for multifamily and commercial real estate loans nationwide.

This role builds financial models, performs DSCR and debt yield analyses, coordinates due diligence with external reviewers, and prepares presentations for credit committees, helping drive timely, well-supported lending decisions.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Commercial real estate experience preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of CRE, including legal/tax basics preferred.
• Strong communication and client interaction skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Outlook) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for property cash flow and DSCR analyses.
• Manage due diligence and coordinate third-party reports with senior team.
• Support origination and transaction execution with deal teams and lenders.
• Assist asset management by reviewing financial statements and rent rolls.
• Prepare credit committee presentations and asset reports.
• Support secondary markets by compiling loan information for investor requests.
• Monitor CRE and capital markets developments nationwide.
