Alexander Chapman Ltd is seeking a Senior Analyst/Associate to join its Commercial Real Estate Debt team in Atlanta. You will underwrite CRE debt opportunities, build detailed financial models, and analyze borrower credit while coordinating closings with multiple parties.

The role offers exposure to deal execution through portfolio management, with opportunities to influence risk-mitigated financing strategies in a fast-paced investment environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of CRE debt or related investment experience.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with LTV, DSCR, debt yield, and loan sizing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple transactions.

Responsabilités

• Underwrite and evaluate CRE debt opportunities across asset classes.
• Build and maintain models to assess cash flows, loan sizing, DSCR, LTV, and debt yield.
• Analyze property-level financials, market fundamentals, and borrower credit.
• Assist with structuring and executing real estate loans, including bridge and construction loans.
• Conduct due diligence with rent rolls, operating statements, appraisals, and third-party reports.
• Prepare investment memoranda, credit analyses, and committee presentations.
• Coordinate with borrowers, brokers, lenders, counsel, and others through closing.
• Monitor investments, evaluate portfolio performance, and support asset management.
• Identify risks and recommend investment structures and mitigations.
