Job summary

The Bancorp Bank, N.A. is seeking an Analyst in Real Estate Bridge Lending to support origination, underwriting, asset management, and capital markets activities for commercial real estate loans nationwide.

You will build financial models, analyze cash flows, review third-party reports, and assist senior team members to drive timely, accurate loan decisions while maintaining rigorous credit standards.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Commercial real estate experience preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of property markets and credit analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains financial models to analyze property cash flow and valuation under different operating scenarios.
• Manages due diligence by reviewing borrower, sponsor, property, and market information.
• Supports origination and transaction execution by coordinating with senior deal team members, borrowers, transaction counterparties, counsel, and other advisors.
• Assists with asset management of existing bridge loans by reviewing property financial statements, rent rolls, and business plan progress against underwriting assumptions.
• Prepares credit committee presentations, asset reports, and responses to investor and corporate inquiries.
• Monitors developments in commercial real estate and real estate capital markets nationwide.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
