Our client has been operating since 2008 and specializes in providing $5 million to $50 million in bridge financing for commercial real estate assets across the United States.

The firm is looking for a motivated analyst with a strong understanding of commercial real estate to work directly with senior investment professionals on identifying, underwriting, and structuring new financing opportunities.

Candidates with diverse real estate backgrounds are encouraged to apply, particularly those with experience across commercial real estate acquisitions, asset management, multifamily, affordable housing, LIHTC, student housing, or real estate lending.
