WSP is seeking an Ancillary Inspection Team Leader to join our Bridge & Infrastructure Inspection Team in Boston, MA. This role offers a pathway to people leadership while contributing to high-impact infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will perform structural engineering inspections, develop AutoCAD sketches, and lead a cross-functional team including engineers, architects, and planners. Travel to project sites may be required, with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 to 7 years of post-education experience in bridge, tunnel or ancillary inspection or related work.
• Engineer in Training Certification (PE preferred).
• Proficient knowledge of structural engineering principles and applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Ancillary Inspection Team on a variety of projects.
• Perform professional structural engineering work and inspections.
• Develop plans/sketches using AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project execution.
• Provide guidance and training to entry-level engineers.
• Support preparation of cost proposals and project documentation.
