Job summary

Required is a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 6+ years of field management, with bridge/highway experience being a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent technical experience progressing through ranks.
• 6+ years of field management experience on construction projects, bridges/highways preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Foremen and crews to work safely and productively with a focus on quality.
• Set a 24/7 safety culture for crews and oversee scheduling with Project Manager.
• Coordinate manpower, heavy equipment, tooling, materials, and subcontractors; monitor costs.
