Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• 12+ years of post-education experience in structural/civil and infrastructure design.
• Professional Engineer license (Arizona license or reciprocity preferred).
• Advanced proficiency with structural engineering principles, design/build, and regulatory compliance.
• Advanced proficiency with bridge design and related codes.

Aufgaben

• Lead design and supervise bridge projects from concept to construction.
• Mentor mid-level engineers, EITs, and CAD technicians.
• Ensure QA/QC and compliance with state/federal regulations.
• Coordinate with district structures management and external stakeholders.
• Help develop long-term strategy and pipeline for structural engineering work.
