Zusammenfassung

WSB seeks a Director of Structures to lead and grow Bridge Design services in Colorado, leveraging local relationships to drive market penetration and project success. You will balance team leadership and strategic market expertise to maximize growth and collaboration across business units.

You will oversee bridge design projects for CDOT, cities, counties, and private clients, guiding fee estimates, budgets, and staff development while promoting high-quality, innovative engineering solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or comparable field.
• Minimum of 10 years of bridge and related structural design experience.

Aufgaben

• Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, business development, and bridge design opportunities.
• Lead a team performing bridge design and structural design for a variety of clients including CDOT, cities, counties, and private entities.
• Provide innovative designs focused on quality and efficiency.
• Lead contract negotiations, prepare scope of services, estimate fees and establish project budgets.
• Manage strategic pursuits and projects and provide program leadership, talent acquisition and staff development.
• Develop and leverage business relationships in the Colorado market and drive growth within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Monitor backlog, pipeline, and opportunities within a CRM environment.
• Analyze financial performance and direct activities to improve results.
