WSP Global Inc. in New York is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer- Bridges to join our Transportation Structures Team. You will provide technical leadership on bridge projects, guide analyses, and develop contract drawings and specifications for complex transportation works.

You will mentor staff, support business development, and ensure quality and safety across assignments. Occasional travel is expected; licensure as a Professional Engineer is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
5+ years of relevant post-education experience.
Engineer license required.
Strong knowledge of structural and civil laws, codes, and compliance.
Leadership experience and strong writing/communication skills.

Responsibilities

Technical lead on bridge-focused, complex transportation projects.
Analyze, design, and provide construction support and contract drawings/specifications.
Develop client proposals and support business development.
Mentor and oversee mid-level and junior engineers; department administration.
Ensure safety and quality, adhere to company policies; travel as required.
