Civil Design, Inc. (CDI) is seeking a Bridge Engineer – Project Manager to lead our Structures/Bridge Group and guide engineers in delivering bridge and transportation projects. The role emphasizes client coordination, quality design, and a strong safety culture across multiple office locations.

Ideal candidates have a PE license, extensive bridge design experience, and the ability to manage scope, budgets, and schedules while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with other groups at CDI.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in civil or structural engineering required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects, create scope and budgets, and coordinate design with staff and consultants.
• Signing/sealing work as required.
• Analyze and design transportation structures including bridges, culverts, walls, and foundations.
• Serve as main client liaison with contractors and officials.
• Prepare engineering project proposals and develop effective solutions with the team.
• Ensure compliance with CDI safety procedures.
