Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1 or four years in building/plant maintenance with two of building, electrical, or mechanical trades.

Responsibilities

• Tie rebar, pour concrete, build forms, and complete waterproofing tasks.
• Measure, cut, place materials, and perform framing and finish carpentry.
• Operate motorized and non-motorized tools including chainsaws, jack hammers, tampers, and mowers.
• Maintain awareness of work areas, report injuries and hazards, and use protective equipment.
• Follow attendance rules, observe work schedules, and support overtime emergency responses.
• Implement environmental protection requirements and attend environmental training.
