David’s Bridal is seeking a part-time associate to deliver a 5‑star customer experience in-store. You will welcome customers, manage flow with the POS system, and partner with alterations to ensure perfect dress outcomes. Maintain store standards, promote services, and build relationships to drive sales and loyalty.

Responsibilities include preparing for appointments, assisting with fittings, and clocking in/out accurately while upholding company policies and loss-prevention procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience preferred.
• Experience with computerized POS system preferred.

Responsabilités

• Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over the phone and in person, adapting style to suit customers.
• Use POS and store systems to manage customer flow and deliver a 5-star experience.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and collaborate with leadership to address concerns.
• Assist in preparing for appointments by reviewing profiles and favorites and setting up fitting rooms.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options, coordinating with Alterations Specialists.
