David’s Bridal is seeking a part‑time sales associate to welcome customers, guide them through fittings, and deliver a 5‑star shopping experience. You will manage appointments, use POS and iPad tools to assist clients, and promote alterations and personalization options.

The role emphasizes relationship building, accurate measurements, and collaborating with Alterations Specialists to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of retail experience in apparel, service, or specialty store preferred.
• Experience with computerized POS system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm in person and over the phone.
• Use all systems to manage customer flow and deliver a 5‑star experience (Appointments/POS).
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and address concerns with leadership support when needed.
• Prepare for appointments by reviewing profiles and favorites and set fitting rooms.
• Promote alterations services and personalize gowns in partnership with Alterations Specialists.
• Maintain store standards and ensure accurate measurements are entered for orders.
