David’s Bridal is hiring a part-time Stylist to deliver an exceptional, 5‑Star customer experience in a busy bridal store. You will greet customers, manage appointments, assist with dress selection, and coordinate alterations with the Alterations team.

The role focuses on achieving sales goals while maintaining brand standards and a supportive, empathetic environment. You will be expected to learn the 5‑Step Selling Process, use POS systems, and clock in/out accurately while promoting services

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1-2 years of retail experience desirable.
• Experience with a computerized POS system is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and provide a friendly, energetic shopping experience.
• Manage customer flow and research information using iPad tools.
• Achieve 5-Star Customer Service and meet sales productivity goals.
• Prepare for appointments and fittings by reviewing profiles and setting up rooms.
• Promote alterations services and partner with Alterations Specialists.
• Maintain store standards and dress code; assist with promotions and merchandising.
• Clock in/out accurately and follow loss prevention procedures.
• Complete training and build product knowledge to become a trusted advisor.
