David’s Bridal is seeking a part-time associate to deliver excellent customer service, assisting customers with dress selections and appointments. You will use a POS system to manage transactions and contribute to a 5-star shopping experience.

Responsibilities include welcoming customers, promoting alterations, and maintaining store standards while supporting a team focused on sales and service excellence.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Experience using a POS system to process sales and maintain records.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, guiding them through selections.
• Deliver a 5-star customer experience by researching profiles and booking appointments.
• Promote alterations services and assist with order accuracy and fitting processes.
• Maintain clean, organized store standards and follow loss prevention policies.
