David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to perform fittings and alterations to high standards while delivering outstanding customer service. You will be part of the store team, assisting customers and stylists in gown fitting, customization, and ensuring a pristine alterations area.

The role emphasizes friendly, knowledgeable service, technical sewing skills, and adherence to company guidelines to ensure a five-star customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent degree.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience required, preferably bridal/special occasion.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers via phone, chat, and in person with friendly enthusiasm and problem-solving.
• Manage customer flow to deliver five-star experience using store systems.
• Maintain service levels, meet customer needs, and support a flawless shopping experience.
• Assist stylists in closing sales by consulting on gown fit and customization.
• Keep alterations area clean and organized and ensure quality control of garments after alterations.
