Responsibilities include guiding customers through alterations, maintaining the alterations room, supporting sales through accurate fittings, and processing transactions with care and precision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Broad customer service experience in retail preferred.
• Experience with bridal or special occasion alterations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Explain alteration options and pricing; assist with customization.
