David’s Bridal seeks an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations to high standards. The role emphasizes friendly, knowledgeable service and technical expertise within the store team.

You'll work closely with the store team, assisting stylists, managing alterations, and ensuring quality control from fittings to final delivery. Part-time position with company benefits and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience.
• Experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm and problem-solve to ensure a five-star experience.
• Manage alterations, fittings, sewing, steaming and finishing to David’s Bridal standards.
• Maintain ALTERATIONS room and uphold dress code and store standards.
• Assist stylists in closing sales by advising on gown fit and customization.
• Promote alteration services and personalization options to customers.
