David’s Bridal is hiring an Alterations Specialist to join our store team in a part-time role. You will complete fittings, alterations, and related services to high standards while delivering friendly, knowledgeable customer service.

You will work with stylists to close sales, uphold store standards, and maintain an organized alterations room. Positive attitude and sewing experience are essential, with strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience required, preferably bridal.
• Prior experience with computerized POS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm in person, over the phone, or via virtual chats.
• Manage customer flow to deliver five-star experiences using store systems.
• Maintain service levels by meeting customer needs and following checklists.
