David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations to high standards and represent the brand with friendly, knowledgeable service. You will be part of a store team supporting customers through alterations, fittings, and dress customization as part of a memorable shopping and event experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent degree.
• 1–2 years prior retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience required.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm over phone, chat, and in person; adapt style to solve problems and resolve conflicts.
• Use systems to manage customer flow to deliver five-star experience.
• Maintain service levels by being prepared, welcoming, and meeting customer needs.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers; contribute to five-star service results.
• Address customer concerns confidently and know when to involve leadership.
• Explain how alterations fit into the dress experience and promote services.
