David's Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to perform fittings and alterations with high standards of service. The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, problem solving, and collaboration with store staff to ensure a five-star experience.

Responsibilities include guiding customers through alteration options, managing fittings, and maintaining the alterations area to ensure pristine garments are delivered to clients. Prior sewing and POS experience are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store preferred.
• Prior sewing experience required, bridal/special occasion preferred.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Explain alterations options, pricing, and timelines to customers.
• Manage fittings, alterations, steaming and finishing to standard.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of alterations area.
• Support stylists in tailoring decisions for bridal gowns.
• Process transactions accurately at the cash wrap and ensure customer satisfaction.
