David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations to high standards and to deliver exceptional customer service. You will support stylists, manage alterations room, and ensure quality before delivery.

The role involves assisting customers by explaining alterations, pricing within company standards, and maintaining store presentation. Part-time, every shift supports a seamless bridal experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience required, preferably in bridal and/or special occasion production environment.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm and assist with fittings and alterations.
• Use systems to manage customer flow for five-star service.
• Maintain service levels by preparing, welcoming, and meeting customer needs in alterations.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and support five-star customer service goals.
• Promote alterations services and personalize options to improve dress fit.
