David's Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations to our high standards, reporting to the Store Manager. You will provide friendly, knowledgeable service and demonstrate technical expertise to help customers look and feel their best.

Responsibilities include welcoming customers, guiding fittings, promoting alteration services, supporting stylists in closing sales, keeping the alterations room clean, and ensuring quality control before delivery while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent degree.
• 1-2 years of prior retail apparel experience.
• Prior sewing experience required, preferably bridal or special occasion.
• Experience with computerized POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with alterations and fittings.
• Promote alteration services and personalization options.
• Assist stylists in closing sales by advising on gown fit.
• Maintain alterations room clean and organized.
• Process transactions accurately at checkout.
• Inspect garments for quality before delivery.
