Job summary

David’s Bridal seeks an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations to high standards while reporting to the Store Manager. You will work with the store team to provide friendly, knowledgeable, and technical expertise, delivering superior customer service.

You will greet customers, promote alteration services, assist stylists with gown fit, and maintain quality control of altered garments. The role emphasizes five-star service, teamwork, and a polished alterations suite.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent degree.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience, preferably in bridal and/or special occasion production environment.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly enthusiasm across channels.
• Manage customer flow to deliver five-star experience.
• Maintain service levels and assist with alterations tasks and pricing.
