David's Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to provide expert fittings and tailoring with a focus on five-star customer service. You will work with the store team to ensure elevated client experiences, coordinate with stylists, and manage alterations efficiently.

The role requires sewing experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to handle multiple customers while maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail apparel experience preferred.
• Prior sewing experience required, bridal or special occasion preferred.
• Experience with computerized POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service in person, by phone, or chat.
• Assist with fitting, alterations, steaming, and finishing of garments to brand standards.
• Assist stylists in closing sales by advising on gown fit and customization.
• Maintain alterations room cleanliness and inventory control for orders and merchandise.
• Resolve customer questions and issues promptly in line with store guidelines.
