David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations to high standards, reporting to the Store Manager. You will provide friendly, knowledgeable, and technical service to customers and support the store team.

Responsibilities include welcoming customers, coordinating alterations, assisting stylists with gown fitting, maintaining the alterations room, and ensuring garments are inspected before delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience required, preferably bridal/special occasion.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm in person, over the phone, or via virtual chats.
• Manage customer flow to deliver a five-star experience using store systems.
