The role emphasizes welcoming customers, problem solving, and contributing to five-star customer service while maintaining store standards and collaboration with stylists.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of retail experience in apparel preferred.
• Prior sewing experience required, bridal/special occasion preferred.
• POS system experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm in person and via calls or chats.
• Assist with gown fittings and alterations to high standards.
• Maintain store standards and accurate alteration pricing.
• Support sales by advising on gown fit and customization.
• Ensure a clean, organized alterations room and proper quality checks.
