David’s Bridal is hiring an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations to high standards, while delivering excellent customer service. You will coordinate with stylists, manage alterations pricing, and maintain an organized alterations room to ensure pristine garments before delivery.

The role emphasizes sewing skills, retail experience, and strong communication to help customers look and feel their best during wedding events and other occasions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Prior sewing experience is required (bridal or alterations a plus).
• Experience with computerized POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with friendly enthusiasm in person, by phone, or via chat.
• Assist customers with gown alterations and fittings to high standard quality.
• Coordinate with stylists to support sales and ensure accurate alterations pricing.
• Maintain the alterations room and keep garments pristine before delivery.
• Provide knowledgeable product information and resolve customer questions quickly.
• Process transactions accurately and support cash wrap procedures.
