Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings, alterations, and finishing of bridal and formal wear with exceptional service. You will work closely with the store team to deliver a five-star customer experience.

Responsibilities include managing the alterations room, performing sewing and finishing tasks, and assisting stylists with gown fit and customization while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience required, preferably bridal/special occasion.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with alterations, fittings and pricing.
• Manage alterations room, sewing, steaming and final garment finishing.
• Maintain store standards and provide five-star service.
• Assist stylists in closing sales with gown fit and customization.
• Ensure accurate inventory and pricing for alterations.
