Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior sewing experience required, preferably bridal or special occasion.

Responsabilités

• Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm in person, on the phone, or via virtual chats.
• Manage customer flow to deliver a five-star experience using store systems.
• Maintain service levels and meet customers' emotional and practical needs.
• Provide an exceptional service experience to multiple customers at once and support Five-Star Service goals.
• Address customer concerns confidently and collaborate with leadership when needed.
• Explain alteration options and promote services and personalization.
