David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to perform fittings and alterations to the brand’s high standards and assist customers both in person and virtually. You will support stylists, manage alterations and sewing tasks, and ensure flawless presentation of garments.

Responsibilities include delivering five-star customer service, maintaining the alterations room, and resolving customer questions promptly. Prior sewing and POS experience are highly valued for a smooth workflow.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store preferred.
• Prior sewing experience required, bridal/special occasion preferred.
• Experience with computerized POS systems is a plus.

• Welcome customers in person, by phone, and online, and adapt communication to solve problems.
• Manage customer flow to deliver a five-star experience using all systems.
• Perform alterations, fittings, sewing, steaming and pressing to David’s Bridal standards.
• Assist stylists in closing sales by advising on gown fit and customization.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized alterations room and adhere to dress code policies.
• Respond to customer questions with product and service information and build relationships for loyalty.
