Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of prior retail experience in apparel or specialty stores.
• Prior sewing experience is required, preferably in bridal or special occasion production.
• Experience with computerized POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly enthusiasm in person, over the phone, and online chats.
• Manage customer flow and deliver a five-star service experience.
• Perform alterations, sewing, steaming, pressing, and quality checks to brand standards.
• Assist stylists in closing sales by advising on gown fit and customization.
• Maintain a clean, organized alterations room and uphold dress code compliance.
