The Boston Beer Company in Boston, MA is seeking a Full Time General Manager to lead the Samuel Adams Boston Brewery experience, overseeing business performance, guest satisfaction, and community engagement while ensuring the brewery remains a welcoming destination for guests and coworkers alike.

You will drive operational excellence across taproom operations, events, and hospitality experiences while partnering with teams across the brewery to deliver strong financial and operational results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of people leadership experience managing teams.
• 8+ years in food & beverage, hospitality, manufacturing, service, or related ops.
• Proven track record in safety, quality, service, and performance.
• Strong budgeting, financial analysis, and labor planning capabilities.
• Experience with project planning and facilities management.
• Experience leading events, promotions and community engagement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead brewery and taproom performance including revenue, guest experience and brand engagement.
• Develop and execute annual business plans, budgets, and growth strategies.
• Build relationships with local orgs, nonprofits, cultural institutions, and community stakeholders.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Brewing, Safety, Product Development, QA, and Brand teams for events and experiences.
• Oversee taproom operations, tours, retail, and events with focus on service quality and safety.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement in operations, guest satisfaction, safety, and financial results.
• Hire, coach, develop, and retain coworkers; foster hospitality, accountability and inclusion.
