Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily opening and closing duties of the taproom.

• Lead, train, and support taproom staff to foster a positive culture.
• Greet guests warmly and provide knowledgeable service.
• Manage sales trends and inventory organization.
• Plan and execute events ensuring an inviting atmosphere.
• Ensure compliance with service regulations.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve taproom operations.
