Job summary

The Brew & Processing Manager at Milo’s Tea Company leads daily brewing operations to meet quality, safety, and production goals. You will manage compliance with FDA regulations, HACCP, and SQF standards, and guide scheduling to align with production targets.

You’ll build a high-performance culture, develop the team, and own staffing, overtime budgets, and departmental costs, all while supporting a 24/7 on-site operation in Spartanburg, SC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience.
• Supervisory experience over 10+ associates in a high-performance environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to prepare reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, quality, and efficiency initiatives across brewing and processing.
• Maintain compliance with FDA, HACCP, Food Safety Plans, and SQF standards.
• Serve as SME on brewing equipment and recipes; guide integration of new flavors and processes.
• Build and sustain a High-Performance Work System (HPWS) for the brew team.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize brewing, CIP, and yield with KPIs.
