Job summary

Milo’s Tea Company is seeking a Brew & Processing Manager to lead daily brewing operations, ensure safety, quality, and production targets, and drive continuous improvement across the brew and processing teams.

You will oversee CIP activities, manage schedules, and collaborate with engineering and external vendors to implement new flavors and processes. Strong leadership and GMP compliance are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in a salaried leadership role.
• Experience supervising a team of more than 10 associates in a HPWS environment.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, quality, and efficiency initiatives across brewing and processing to ensure consistent product flow.
• Maintain compliance with FDA, HACCP, Food Safety Plans, and SQF standards.
• Serve as SME on brewing equipment and guide flavor/blend/process integration.
• Build a High-Performance Work System to support growth and development of the team.
• Drive continuous improvement using KPIs and Red Zone tech to reduce waste and improve yield.
