Job summary

Milo’s Tea Company, Inc. is seeking a Brew & Processing Manager to lead daily brewing operations, ensure safety, quality, and production targets, and manage sanitation and equipment maintenance.

You will collaborate with engineering and external vendors to drive manufacturing excellence and a high-performance team culture. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent leadership experience, strong safety and communication skills, and the ability to support a 24/7 on-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Management, Operations Management, Chemical Science, or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in a salaried leadership role or equivalent.
• Supervisory experience leading a team of 10+ associates.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, quality, and efficiency initiatives across brewing and processing to ensure product flow.
• Maintain compliance with FDA regulations, HACCP, Food Safety Plans, and SQF standards.
• Serve as SME on brewing equipment, recipe-management, and process improvements.
• Build a High-Performance Work System to support development and performance of the team.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize brewing, CIP, yield and waste reduction using KPIs.
• Coordinate brewing and processing schedules with production needs for accurate forecasting.
• Standardize processes to minimize variation and ensure repeatable results.
• Oversee CIP activities and Master Sanitation Schedule management.
• Ensure proper functioning of CIP equipment with routine checks and instrumentation.
• Manage chemical ordering, storage, and usage.
• Maintain a clean, safe brewing environment aligned with sustainability goals.
• Lead development and training of department associates.
• Manage staffing schedules and overtime budget; oversee department budget with leadership.
