Milo’s Tea Company Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead production teams, implement policies, and drive improvements across safety, efficiency, and quality in our beverage manufacturing facility. You will schedule operations, monitor line performance, and ensure HACCP compliance.

The role requires basic math, report writing, and proficiency with MS Office and plant software. Candidates with food/beverage production experience will fit best; we offer a strong People First culture,

Qualifications

• Degree preferred but not required.
• Applicants must have ability to write routine reports and correspondence, speak effectively before groups and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Office Suite to include MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and use of plant specific software systems.

Responsibilities

• Improve safety processes and behaviors to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Plan, schedule and execute production operations and establish priorities.
• Ensure process controls are established and adhered to for operational consistency.
• Maintain knowledge and understanding of HACCP concepts and plant sanitation.
• Review reports and resolve production and maintenance problems to prevent operational delays.
• Achieve stated goals for efficiency, waste, and direct costs.
• Inspect equipment to ensure operational performance and optimal utilization.
• Develop and implement standard operational and working practices.
