Job summary

The Breast Center in West Palm Beach seeks a skilled Clinical Care Coordinator to serve as the central hub for patient navigation, ensuring seamless access to imaging and care services. You will manage scheduling, referrals, and documentation, supporting a concierge-style patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years of care coordination or patient navigation experience.
• Experience in women’s health, breast imaging, or specialty care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for patients throughout their care journey.
• Coordinate breast imaging, DEXA, biopsies, and referrals.
• Facilitate same-day diagnostic workflows from mammography to biopsy.
• Document in EMR and tracking systems (e.g., Elation, Excel, Ambra, Intelerad).
• Collaborate with radiologists, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams.
