Job summary

The role ensures patient-centered care, coordinates scheduling of breast imaging procedures, and supports radiologists in managing procedures and follow-up.

On-site position at 850 Boylston Street with a 40-hour work week. Certification as Breast Health Navigator and MA Radiologic Technologist License in Radiology

Qualifications

• Certified Breast Health Navigator required.
• MA Radiologic Technologist License in Radiology and Mammography ARRT (R),(M) required.
• Experience with scheduling breast imaging procedures and patient education.
• Ability to communicate results to patients promptly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for breast imaging exams and procedures.
• Schedule imaging-guided procedures (ultrasound-guided, stereotactic, MRI-guided).
• Provide pre- and post-procedure instructions and education to patients.
• Assist radiologists and manage any procedure-related complications.
• Maintain breast reporting system (Epic) with pathology addenda.
• Coordinate patient education and safety; act as division point person.
