Formación

• Medical assistant program or associate degree with medical terminology training, or equivalent combination of education/work experience.
• At least two years of experience involving people interaction/customer service.
• Direct patient interactions experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate activities to improve patients' access to breast imaging services.
• Provide customer service, patient registration, insurance verification, appointment scheduling.
• Coordinate interpreter services, escorting patients, and other administrative duties.
• Data entry, faxing, handling forms, phones, photocopying, filing.
